Simplifying Data Integration for Enterprise

My Role

As a Senior Product Designer at Fivetran, I lead design for enterprise features and core UX, shaping the experience across a broad range of product surfaces. I collaborate closely with many cross-functional squads, working alongside product managers, engineers, tech writers, support teams, sales associates, and product leadership to drive impactful solutions for the customer.

My work has directly contributed to enterprise growth, influencing company-level success metrics, expanding the enterprise pipeline, and driving quarter-over-quarter improvements in SUPR-Q ratings. Additionally, I’ve helped unlock feature-level ARR gains by designing scalable, user-centric solutions that meet the needs of enterprise customers.

Enterprise Lead

I led the design strategy for Fivetran’s enterprise expansion, defining the UX and frontend approach across 20+ projects over six months. Partnering with six cross-functional squads, I aligned design efforts with product and engineering roadmaps, ensuring a cohesive user experience across enterprise features.

I led two senior product designers and mentored one junior designer through weekly stand ups, working sessions, and design critiques, elevating the team's approach to working iteratively to solve complex data problems.

Data Configuration

I successfully designed and launched a suite of enterprise data configuration tools from concept to beta that simplified complex operations. These features were adopted by 15+ key accounts representing over $25 million in Annual Recurring Revenue.

Pipeline Observability

I architected and designed innovative pipeline observability tools giving users critical visibility into data movement. This improved root cause analysis and troubleshooting workflows. A key focus for this program was balancing technical constraints with enterprise user needs.

User and Permissions

I reimagined the Role-Based Access Control model and user experience, resulting in thousands of new users being onboarded across enterprise accounts. This redesign increased governance feature usage by 6% in just three months, while improving usability.

Core Experience

My ownership in core UX product areas like Account Overview, Platform Mental Model and, Entity Navigation has contributed to the company-level OKR “Ease of Use”, improving the SUPR-Q metrics quarter over quarter.

Experience Vision

I created compelling experience visions for complex data topologies and schema management features while simultaneously delivering incremental improvements aligned with immediate business goals. This work was presented to c-suite executives, product leadership, and company-wide audiences.
